I’m so glad you’ve chosen to take this step and partner with me on your journey. Coaching is a safe and supportive space for you to pause, reflect, and move forward with more clarity and confidence. Before we begin, here are a few important things to know about our work together:

What Coaching Is

Coaching is a space for growth, exploration, and accountability. If you’re feeling stuck or in a rut, coaching helps you uncover roadblocks, shift perspective, and take meaningful steps toward the goals you’ve always wanted to achieve.

I believe that you are the expert of your own life. My role is not to give advice, but to ask powerful questions, hold space for you, and walk with you as you dig deeper and discover the answers already within you.

What Coaching Is Not

Coaching is not therapy or mental health treatment. If I ever notice signs of trauma, mental illness, or something outside of the scope of coaching, I will pause our sessions and kindly refer you to a licensed professional. My role is to support your growth, not replace therapy or medical care.

Confidentiality

Everything you share with me will remain private and confidential. The only exceptions are if you express plans to harm yourself or others, or if required by law. Otherwise, this space is yours and yours alone.

  • I support: I’ll hold space, reflect back what I hear, and challenge you with thoughtful questions.

  • Together: We’ll build clarity, awareness, and momentum toward your goals.

Commitment

This process only works if you show up for yourself. My commitment is to create a safe, judgment-free environment for you to grow. Your commitment is to come with honesty, openness, and a willingness to explore.
